SHIPPING:
Even before we ship to you, even before you purchase from us, please take a moment to make sure that your eCRATER shipping address(es) matches your PayPal shipping address(es), as your order(s) will be shipped using the integrated shipping features in PayPal. This will insure that we ship your order(s) to the correct address(es) (because we only ship to PayPal verified addresses) and it will give you peace of mind that your purchase(s) is covered under PayPal's protection policies.
After we receive your payment, and verify your shipping address(es), we will ship your order(s) via the USPS, using the integrated shipping features in PayPal.
INSURANCE: If you're interested, your order(s) can be insured. Insurance is optional, but remember, we are not responsible for your order(s) once we ship it (as we do not work for any shipping carrier) - so insurance is recommended. Please inquire before paying if you're interested in insurance.
TRACKING: We offer complementary tracking on all our shipments through the integrated shipping features in PayPal. Once we've marked your package a shipped in eCRATER you can log into your PayPal account and track your package from first scan to final delivery.

COMBINED SHIPMENTS: We are happy to combine shipments. In most cases, when you pay with one payment, we will reduce your shipping costs for each additional item purchased. Please inquire if you are buying multiple items and you would like your items shipped together and we will gladly send you a reduced shipping quote for your entire order.
GIFT SHIPMENTS: We welcome gift shipments. But as with your address(es), please also make sure that your gift recipient's address(es) is included in both your eCRATER and PayPal shipping information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SPECIAL: We don't currently offer international shipping, but we would soon like to. If you can find a way for us to purchase and print international shipping online with low or no added cost - and we use it to print your shipping label - then the cost of your international shipping is FREE!

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to be happy with your purchase(s). If you have any issues please contact us within seven days of receiving your shipment, so we can work them out. That way we can answer any questions you may have and confirm any necessary return details.
SHIPPING REFUNDS: We will gladly pay for any additional shipping costs due to an error on our part (shipped wrong item, item not as described, etc.). However, if you're interested in a refund or an exchange, simply because you change your mind, or you'd prefer something else, you must pay for the additional shipping.

We specialize in the movies listed in our shop, but we've also made celebrity costumes, wacky costumes, burlesque costumes, bulk resale props bags for Rocky Horror or Hedwig, wedding bouquets, jewelry, and many more items. If you can think it, we can craft it.
